Decept1on: Agreed but this was a very busy week with Gamescom as well, most of
the people were there.
Clan Wars are down for stabilization and optimization, fixes (example: province type icons were corrected) and also brought back the ability to move the HQ during the prime time (remember the bugged message you get if you do so).
