It's not called for.   Secondly, OP, some changes will occur without advance warning which can change certain tanks and their play style. This is a constantly evolving/changing game. It is part of the terms of service, specifically:   Under Section 7: "Content" 4.6 we may have to change or update Content from time to time, but we will post details of any changes in the news section of the relevant Site(s).   Changes sometimes have to be made to a tank, whether it's to balance its stats or change its tier and so on. This is not done maliciously to cheat anyone, but to maintain balance for everyone.
