Should suicides be punished?

Dakiras: Sure, suicidal charges is really silly, but I'd be interested in:   1. How would you verify that it was a suicide charge 2. What would be a suitable punishment? 3. How do you mitigate false accusations?   There have been situations when as soon as an arty has a shell loaded, they can throw out a shot (think how predictable Malinovka is, for instance) and there's a chance they'll get blind kill. Getting caught out on a "risky charge" is not necessarily suicidal. Sometimes it's just a gamble.   If you have thoughts on this, then by all means share. :)
