shameless plug do you want to confuse him more with unified

that the issue doesn't arise that maybe at some point Azzaphox
might decide to go into planes to try it, see the Free XP that was
being saved for a new tank, and spends a chunk of it. If he never
goes into planes, then there is no confusion.
