XVM "chance to win"? Meaningless

Dakiras: I've seen games with 26% win chance (according to people complaining in chat about it) turn into stomps, and ~80% games thrown further than record breaking Olympic javelins.   http://i.imgur.com/rNx4PJO.jpg
