Japanese Art Contest - Emblem Design
Дата: 09.12.2013 16:09:38
Dakiras: We wanted to open up a contest that celebrates the differences
between European and Japanese culture to herald the arrival of
Japanese tanks in 8.10. What could be cooler than combining
Japanese pop culture with Tanks in an artistic way to create
something like this?

What we’re looking for:
Artwork design incorporating one of the characters from Girls und Panzer and ‘framing’ art with your username to create an emblem similar to the above example. Don’t be restricted by this example and really let your imagination flow! The only solid requirement is that it must contain your username.
The key aspects of the artwork we’re looking for is what you would expect to see if the current popular culture of Japan (notably, Anime/Manga) was to be incorporated with tank customisation like the above! The example shows this combination of Japanese Anime pop culture and military vehicles.
Here are a few Western-influenced designs to give you some idea. British Emblem Style
Tank Girl design on aircraft nose plate

This does NOT need to be presented on a Tank, so simply posting the emblem design is perfectly fine!
Rules: Forum Rules must be obeyed Keep your posts relevant to the competition and submissions only. All others will be deleted All submissions must be entered here in this topic One entry per person only All submissions must be entered before the deadline started in this post No editing of your post after submission You may use Photoshop, GIMP, or other editing tools to create the design OR If you really want to impress us, draw one from scratch!
