Cynd3r:   The thing is, each region aims to tailor its offers based on what research shows might benefit the playerbase of that region the most, rather than just copying what the other regions are doing. So basically, they aren't so much planned differently as they are planned independently.  And based on how very popular past deals like these (Skorpion, Mutz, Korean Patton, etc) were, there was no reason for us to think there was an issue with this approach.   Of course, these types of decisions aren't always appreciated by the player base, but that's why we have the forums so we can gather your feedback and improve our approach in the future.
