CLRG: Hello Back4more777,I'm not sure why you would dig up a two years old post. But surprisingly it is still relevant today. I frequently receive complaints from players who say they were ready and yet received a technical defeat. So, I think it would be good to post this reminder here: https://worldoftanks.eu/en/content/guide/eSport/guide-automatic-tournament-system/This shows how to proceed to actually get into the battle.  Now, there may be cases where this doesn't work as expected. The problem is, on my side, I have no means to investigate it. I have reported this problem occasionally before but without evidence it's harder for our teams to dig into. Maybe if I had a video showing a failure while the player was properly ready, it would be easier. I realise it's a bit tricky, as no one can be expected to film the start of all their special battles until one fails, but it's clearly the only way I could initiate a proper investigation.
