place a nice waste of time but for sure i will never join a WG
tournament in the near future CLRG: In the present case, you won 28 points, and finished 300th. If you
wanted to climb in the ranking you needed more points, because many
teams won all 36 points.

you have invented so far. The best prizes were simply given
to the teams with best luck avoiding the technical victories, not
the best teams and players. For example the case with our team,
like with many other teams, we won all three group stages, but
because 4/30 of our games were technical victories, we didn't stand
any chance to get to the top positions. So, after spending 3 whole
evenings playing this tournament and winning all groups, we got 30
days of premium, which equals 2500 gold, meaning 833 gold per one
evening. Great. Is it actually this hard for you to create
tournament with decent rules and format? If it is, get some help,
from the playerbase for example.CLRG: The fact that you didn't win it doesn't necessarily make it the
worst tournament we have invented so far.
But I do agree that luck
played a big part, especially at the top of the standings. It is
part of the concept of this specific competition. Of course, the
point was to offer something unusual, not a professional
competitive format. If you didn't enjoy this one, I trust
you will enjoy the next.
When reading you, it looks like we never offered decent rules and format before, I think you're being a little unfair. You are also very welcome if you want to design a casual tournament with us. What would you like to see?

Juyhou, on 03 April 2018 - 02:46 PM, said: Well, this simply isn't true. There was (at least, my
teammate was on 21. place in the ranking) 7< teams tied on top
position, so with same number of points you either got 20k gold, or
you got (less than) one tenth of that.CLRG: Both statements are true. The team ranking was essential,
especially in the case at hand. He needed more than 28 points to
secure a better prize. What you are saying is that even though
you won your 3 groups, your team did not secure the top prize.
That's also correct. There were 16 teams that received the maximum
score, it's a lot. This is why there is such a big difference among
the people with the same number of points. So if I take anything
from the feedback, it is that the number of first place winners was
too high - this is probably the core of the issue and the
source of your disappointment. Also,
what do you think about a tournament with reduced cap time for a
weekend competition? Or mono vehicle-type like "all light"? Too
casual ? Should we go more hardcore Pro-style? Keep the
feedback going
