Server Downtime for Micro Patch 0.9.10.2

Brynd: Actually, I got some more information on those "various technical issues."   They are:   Fixed the Ghost Town spawn location issue. Fixed some issues with dynamic platoon invitation. Fixed some issues with Rampage mode.
I realise there's still some lack of detail there, but it's already better than "various technical issues," right?
