half its earned due to diplomacy. If you take a brief look at
current map you`ll understand what I mean. Some clans might find it
usefull to give away a battle with large ammounts of exp and
receive in exchange a provice for example. This part of diplomacy
you`re taking it away. We dont care about such things that much
