Brynd: 1. This is a new account. I'll admit I'm not a veteran player but
I'm actively playing and loving the game. 
You won't see me as often in
the more technical threads but we have more than enough game
veteran staff members to cover those places till my experience

3. Well, I've been in the games industry since 1999: roughly 9 years as game designer while I lived in United Kingdom, and most recently almost 5 years as a Community Manager.
