Capture time in Daily tournaments

Berbo: Hello all, Soon (beginning of Feb) we'll add tournaments where we'll significantly reduce cap time and we'll start testing with T4 tournaments. Based on your feedback there, we'll slowly add it in other tournaments Looking forward to hear back from you
