Berbo:   I was saying this earlier in this thread but I'll go through it again   when youre giving me a link to report something, give me a link of YOUR TEAM (in the specific tournament youre talking about), not a tournament or anything else secondly check our rewards on the tournament page   Playoff 1st place: 2000 gold 2nd place: 1000 gold 3rd-4th place: 800 gold 5th-8th place: 600 gold 9th-16th place: 300 gold 17th-32ndplace: 150gold   If you were placed in top 16 or top 32 in the playoff of these tournaments, then you will get your reward.   Now this https://imgur.com/OD7I067 doesn't mean a thing. Due to wrong settings in TMS it displayed all group stage positions as winners which obviously isn't true. Jotunir already explained this to you in his last reply.   " Hello,    It's a bug where your place in the group stage is sometimes took in count.   To know the place you took and if you will get rewards check the Play Off tab on the tournament page.   Sorry for the inconvenience    Jotunir"   To sum it up, you didn't win anything and if you did you can prove it by providing your team link and showing us what placed you reached in playoff.  If you have any other questions, please let me know.   Cheers
