to explain anyway. You can pick Tier 8 and you should pick it as it
will give you the best odds to win. But in case your team doesn't
have a tier 8 or you think tier 7 would do better in some
situation, then you're free to select it. You can play any
tier or tank of tier 8 and below but always pick the strongest
