I'm from Moldova witch is not allowed to play in this tournament, i'm living in Italy since 2010. I'm a student but i'm not an Italian citizen. I have "permesso di soggiorno" =residency permit (that permit allow me to live in Italy and studing like a normal italian guy) . So i want to ask if i can partecipate at this tournament.
