community. To simplify my question I'll use 3 registered
teams as a total: Team A, Team B and Team C. Would they play
in 3 groups (one team per group) or in the same group?
Would you check their IP before Group stage or at the end of Group
stage but before Playoffs? If we have a situation where: 4
MNE teams registered and 12 non-MNE teams - we have 4 groups
with 4 teams each. What would happen if you put all 4 MNE
teams in same group? Just two teams would be represent us in
playoffs?! Or you would keep it fair by putting all of them in
playoffs (cause if you banned 12 teams before Group stage, 4 MNE
teams can start in 4 different groups and pass easy into
playoffs)? If Team B is formed by one or two
Montenegrin players but other/s player/s are other country
citizens, would Team B be disqualified, too? Is it
possible to help you by reporting non-MNE players and
teams on some other thread or some other way?
Cheers!! Edit: At the moment we have 2 registered team and
both are non-MNE teams.Berbo: The IP check will be done before any game is played. After
we get the national winner they will be asked to provide a proof of
nationality. Teams will be distributed randomly, so I don't
know who will be placed with whom.

people to quite disadvantage if some have 7 skill crews with OP
premiums and others 1 skill crew with underpowered normal tanks.
Shouldn't people be provided with similar level of "equipment" to
ensure even playing field?Berbo: There are no restrictions, people can use what they have.
Providing similar level makes sense for offline finals and later
stages in general but for entry level tournament like this one,
this is not possible.
