Berbo:   it's random draw. If you have for example 3 teams for playoff then 2 teams will play while 1 team will go to the finals without playing. It's the same thing here. If some teams who should face you in this tournament make a draw then they will both be out and then you will skip one round. It's a common thing in tournaments, it's called a "bye round"   I hope this explains
