teams to find tactics and win. If that tactic is 3 hetzers then
take it and win. It's up to players to discover/define 3v3 meta
game and find best tactics and ways to win. Hetzers will work only
for some time until players find something else and so on and so
on. And you said it yourself, "weaker" teams. They
will grow eventually and make changes once they are more
experienced and more trained. Cheers
