Berbo: Hey there, I'm very sorry about all the issues you
had, we're actively looking to fix some of them while constantly
giving feedback to devs about the tools and website updates we
need. I will try to reply to your points below: 1, Ideally all
players are constantly looking at their groups and the schedule, at
least they should. There's a notification about the start and trust
me I spent the whole evening on the forum answering. So we can
always work on the visibility but we did our best for that
evening. 2. Rescheduling will not be added - it would slow
down all the tournament games, trolling, all kind of issues with
it. It would fix a few battles and ruin the experience for everyone
else. 3. Games were rescheduled right after, it was a better option
than to put it for some other day. We constantly posted about it on
the forum, but this is something we didn't do right or let's say we
could've done better. Once we sort messaging via TMS we will
improve this point. 4. Not sure what do you mean here, tournament
page contains the info and since you had to register on the same
page, not sure how is it hard to find it again for the games
info? Thanks a lot for taking time to write your
