Berbo:   Don't take me literally, 100000 means many peope. Even if it's 100 it can't be catered to everyone's needs. 50 posts or 2 posts, we do look at them. But spamming same thing over and over doesn't make it more important.    1 hour between the games is something we can try to speed up but it's also something we can't influence a lot. We could close the reporting topic in 2 min and move along but there's a lot of players who don't have a clue how to things work and we spend a lot of time explaining, each time. Our tournament system is very complex and awful for newcomers so it's understandable that people have issues.   I don't take it personally, you're free to speak out your mind. I was a player, played around 25k before I came to WG. I'm a player myself and I understand your point of view. But I also saw other side of the coin, which is our tournament system.    Anyway, I do agree with you, it sucks it's so long but for the moment we can't speed it up. In 2 months we're expecting some change with the system and then we hope things will change    Cheerio!
