Berbo: I've wrote a reply in rules enforcement and info and updates.   There was an issue with the tournament settings, we'll restart the 2nd round! Sorry about that.   The main problem is, once the settings are set they're unchangeable until the games are over so we couldn't stop you from playing the games.   As soon as I have more info, I'll post it in info and updates.   Sorry once again
