here. Regarding other points, I'll try to describe.
When we say enemy broke the rules, we clearly think of
breaking rules as the rules of the tournament. So, as an example
let's look at this one: Team 1 is playing against Team 2.
Team 1 won the game. After the game Team 1 is reporting
how Team 2 broke the rules by fielding a tank which wasn't
allowed by the rules. So what's the point of disqualifying
Team 2 if they're out of the tournament already? Breaking
game rules and cheating is definitely not the same. Best
