Дата: 27.01.2015 16:29:03
Berbo: Follow this topic for information and updates about the Clan Wars Winter Tournament   General Tournament Rules for Winter Clan Tournament.   Team captain obligations: Rules infringements must be posted within 15 minutes after the round end in a dedicated thread. After the deadline passes, reports will be deemed invalid. All team captains must keep up to date on the forums. Vehicle limitations: As a general rule, no specific vehicles are prohibited. Only vehicles which were available in the game before the tournament registration opens are allowed. The use of vehicles which are released by updates implemented during the tournament (from the moment the registration opens till the finals come to an end) is prohibited.  Use of premium tanks, shells and consumables is allowed. Players: A team roster must consist of 14 players, and may include up to 7 registered reserve player. Team must be fully registered and accepted before playing (A reserve player may replace a primary player at any time). Each player can only play for one team in one tournament, cup or championship Any player can change team if they want. Players are not allowed to play for a new team within 10 days of their departure from their old team, and may not take part in any games and tournaments of his new team during this period. This also applies to newly registered players playing for an existing established team but not for entirely new teams. A banned player who’s ban has recently expired cannot play in any new teams or participate in an existing team for 30 days after the expiration of their ban. Wargaming.net staff or affiliates are not prohibited from playing unless they are part of the tournament administration, these people will be stated. (Only a maximum of one Wargaming.net employee or affiliate per active team are allowed). Naming: Once the team has been created, it cannot change its name (please be very careful when naming your team). Team and player names must not violate the Wargaming.net naming rules; any team violating these rules will be disqualified. Before the battle: Teams have 10 minutes before the allocated start time to join the lobby. If a team is not ready in this time and no one from the reserve can take the place in the primary (main) team, this team forfeits the game. Victory conditions: Each battle lasts for 10 minutes. To win a game, the team will need to destroy all enemy vehicles or capture the enemy base. Qualifcation Stage will be played under "First Win 2" mode. These matches will consist 5 battles and the teams would have to win 2 battles in order to advance - regardless of the amount of the draws. The Group stage and Final Stage rounds will be played in the “Best of 3” mode.  Under this rule, a team which wins two games wins the match. The Grand final is “Best of 5”. Under this rule, a team which wins 3 games wins the match.  If a match ends in a draw, First win 2, both teams are disqualified due to passive play. If a match ends in a draw In best of 3 and best of 5 matches the below rule applies: If a game ends in a draw, we will use the 30 tier points rule. "In the case of a draw, the total tier points of surviving tanks will be added up for each team. A team with 30 tier points advantage over their opponent will be the winner" This must be proven with a screen shot posted on a specific forum within 15 min of the game’s end - if there is no clear winner then both teams are disqualified unless an admin/judge/referee decides differently. Starting spawn points for all games will be automatically allocated by the system Games cannot be replayed unless an issue with the set up causes a problem. Unfortunately we will be unable to restart games due to disconnections or PC crashes Maps: Map pool on specific rules. Administrators (admins) and Casters: The official Wargaming.net admins are: Berbo, Kejjak, Alpacalypse and Karlie Administrators resolve disputes. The ruling of an Administrator is final. Official Casters will be named before a tournament starts in an official tournament forum thread. If any official Caster requests entrance to a game, he or she must be invited. Replays: Replays must be recorded by the teams from the quarter final onwards. If replays are required (i.e. to resolve disputes between teams), the details on where to send the files will be provided by the admins. Replays may be uploaded to the World of Tanks Replays service for easy access. How to get to the game: All games are played on EU1 All games in each game day will be starting on 19:00 CET if not stated otherwise in the rules. Teams are automatically invited into games, there is a great guide on how this works! As there was some confusion in the past on how to move players to participate in a round, we have created a simple guide that should help you with any possible match-joining problems. In the event of a team-member violating any of the above regulations, the whole team will be disqualified. Additionally, every player is advised to carefully read the “How not to get declined” guide   Specific Rules for Winter Clan Tournament   1.    The tournament has three stages: Qualification Stage, Group Stage and Final Stage (single-elimination). 2.    Qualification stage is done in a single elimination format. The team who is the first to win 2 battles of 5 possible matches (regardless of the number of draws) is the winner. In the case of neither teams winning 2 battles for 5 matches, both teams are considered as defeated.           Group stage consists 16 teams. 4 Team in each group, 4 groups in total.   Groups are randomly selected. Group stage matches are held according to points system in BO3 format (Best of three). A win in a match equals 3 points, a draw is 1 point, a defeat – no points. The two teams with the highest number of points in each group will proceed to the final part of the tournament. In the case that two teams are eligible to advance to the Final Stage (i.e. two teams have an equal number of points), a match will be held between them to determine the winner. If the personal match results in a draw, an additional match will be played to define a winner, who will advance to the final stage. Additional matches are held in the training room and both team setups must be sent to the referee in a private channel in the game client. Additional matches are played until the first win. Respawns are defined randomly by referee (by tossing a coin). If after 3 battles, neither of the teams manage to win, both teams will be disqualified. In this case, the next team with the highest points will advance to the final stage.          Final Stage is conducted after the group stage with 8 teams (The first two spot of the Groups are eligible) in a single elimination format   The Final Stage system is Single Elimination. In the Final Stage, there will be 8 teams playing. All Matches are held in Bo3 Format. BO3 format will use the same map pool that is defined below. All rounds of the Final Stage will be Bo3, except the Grand Final, which will be Bo5.  Battle duration – 10 minutes Time interval between match battles – 10 minutes.     3.    Maps Pool - Specific Maps for each round are going to be presented after the registration is closed   Airfield Arctic Region Karelia Lakeville Siegfried Line Malinovka Abbey Murovanka Sand River Prokhorovka Fisherman's Bay Mines Ruinberg Steppes Cliff Fjords Himmelsdorf Ensk South Coast Windstorm Kharkov El Halluf Tundra    4.    All prize gold will go to the captain’s clan treasury, so make sure the captain is in a clan when forming your team.
