World of Tanks Pro League Final at DreamHack 2013

I don't know how twitter works (yes, people like me exist), and haven't commented yet on twitch.tv, but I've decided that I too should test my luck and go for a prize. I'll ask a few questions here, if you don't mind.

First off, are prizes given to comments made on the twitch tv chat posted during the match or after the match?
For twitter: What must you do to enter for a prize? I made an account an hour ago, and I started following the official WorldOfTanks and WorldOfTanks_EU channels. Which channel must I follow exactly to find updates on the Dreamhack event?
For twitter: What must I look for on the channel?
For twitter: If I find special prize tweet, do I have to favorite it, retweet it, reply to it or something else?

PS: In case if you are wondering what I need gold for... it's to get the M103's 60k xp gun. 242mm pen on a t9 tank feels underwhelming.
