(and not 750g)  Eg: Mobilize my Obj 140 crew (5 skills), add for credits the secondary tanks like the Obj430U and K-91 to the crew skills, then convert those unused 4x skilled crews to crew books to retrain the Obj 140 back up.   4 - Lastly, can you make it so that we can use the special crew (instructors) portraits as our main tank crew avatars please?  I've gone from having the awesome (albeit needs her Japanese voice on my obj 430U) Mochizuki portrait to some random crew portrait, this goes for Chuck and all my Christmas crews too.

Let's say i convert a crew to the new system at Level 70 and i want to reach 80.
I know with all my extra crew members i will get maybe hundreds of crewbooks end of the year so instead of spending a lot of time playing hundreds of matches with that crew,
i rather just wait a few months till i get my crew books, cause even if i reach 80 during that period, i won't be able to use them anymore....
So does WG want us to not play and wait till end of the year?

Which in turn then misses it's own crew member... 
Which in the end will result that the crews I have become weaker and I end up with a tank with no crew which in turn means I have to retrain some crew for a second tank and take a hit in experience.

Or you have a crew full of future instructors. Then has no crew and again have to retrain another crew and take the xp hit...

If that is true, why on earth would I use the crews I got from battle pass at all?

Either I am missing the point or I am going to be royally pi...d off (even more than I already am) when this goes live.

Because explanations are sooooo well thought out, just as the ideas themselves
