Also with current 15vs15 games having 5 people in one group that unbalances the random battle by itself cause 1/3 of the team already comes organized.

Allow WorldOfTanks.exe to use UDP and TCP protocols.

Please try to install the game update to the folder in which your game is installed. Press the right mouse button on your game shotcut, select "Properties" and copy the rout from the line "Start in" to your installation address.
