CatStalker: Heh, I had to work on a 386 running dos a while back. not good times.
First step I would suggest would be to just try to access the data and save it. If you can image clone the whole hard drive, at least you have some safety net to work with.
Once you have a backup and start to play around with the files, maybe try something like dosbox to see if you can run the old software and read the data?
When you identify what the original software was, then it should be pretty easy to figure out (through online research or just trying to read the files as text documents) if the data can be converted to a modern format or not.

CatStalker: sounds like you may have picked up something undesirable during your internet travels.
I'd recommend running a full system scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, then make sure you have an updated anti-virus program running (Microsoft Security Essentials is free and is what I use at home).

CatStalker: Yep, the nvidia control panel hides the option unless it detects two cards that are able to be SLI'd together.

With a maximum of 9 players per battle, a team (maximum 12 players per team) must field a selection of tanks based on the below, maximum tier limits.Heavy: 6 teams are allowed one Tier VII IS-2)
Medium: 6
TD: 6
Light: 6
SPG: 6
52 points maximum Please note: Teams must abide to the above tier rules regardless of the maximum tier allowed within your special battle.
Victory Conditions
The winner of each round will be determined as the first to 3 victories on a given map.
Each battle will last 10 minutes.
The Standard battle mode will be used for this tournament.
Schedule
Note that only 64 teams will be allowed to participate. Teams will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, see Registration for details.
The full schedule will be provided at the close of registration, once the final team count has been determined. Rounds will begin at 19:30 PDT (22:30 EST, 02:30 UTC the following day) each scheduled day. Curious what time this is in your region? Also a note to all players any Tournaments that are run over the weekends including Fridays wont be processed as fast because A> we walk into a wall of results on Mondays to process  and B> the people who process the payments are also backed up from weekend requests. We will get them all out but they may be a bit slower then mid week stuff.
(plus secretly we are trying to see if we can break the processors with all these daily tournaments... you guys are helping that by joining the tournaments )
