HBFT:
UPoints that were accumulated before the 10th of September were unavailable to players for a period of time during the data migration.  With regards to compensation, the points that were unavailable to players during the data migration were doubled and then credited over to a player's account as a part of concluding the data migration.  As such, players should have all of their UPoints available to them.  If you are not seeing the proper amount of UPoints available when you go to the Premium Shop, then we would like to suggest suggest submitting a support ticket for more individual attention.

HBFT:
Ultimate Game Cards are one of the only currently offered pre-paid cards that will allow completion of the remainder of a purchase with another payment method.  This is done by redeeming your UGC at the Premium Shop.  At that point, all of your UGC's balance should then convert into UPoints at a rate of 100 UPoints per dollar.  These points are then present on PlaySpan's system and are available for future purchases.  Once this is completed, then a player is able to utilize their UPoint balance through a pop-up that occurs when selecting a package and payment method at the Premium Shop.

Should you wish it, you can also redeem additional UGC cards to increase your available UPoint balance.

UPoint balances should be available to players now.  I can see your support ticket in queue.  We can assure you that we will get to it as soon as we are able.  With regards to compensation, player balances that were unavailable before the data migration took effect should have been returned to players and doubled in amount.

Your UPoint balances should be available to you in the full amount.  That having been said, we have noticed an interface display issue in the Premium Shop.  When we find out more information, we will let you guys know.

Subversions can help you weaken your enemy and gain a crucial advantage in the struggle for supremacy on the Global Map.

Who Can Perform Subversions?
Only the Commander, Deputy Commander, and Company Commander have the required permissions to perform Subversions. Your HQ must be on the map to perform Subversions.

How Much Does a Subversive Agent cost?
As a special promotion at the launch of this feature, they will be free. Use them wisely though, because there is a 48 hour cooldown.

The result of your subversion attempt appears in the event log at the beginning of the next turn. Regardless of subversion success, the subversive unit is considered eliminated.
The higher the chance of revolt in the province, the higher the chance of successful subversion.

What Can I Do With Subversions
There are 5 different types of Subversion tactics Provocation - Force a revolt to break out in the province.
A revolt must already be possible for that province, and a battle must not be scheduled already.
Rail War - Closes the borders of a province from chip and HQ movements and cut it off from the HQ
May only be used once within 24 turns (per province).
Sabotage - One of the enemy chips is removed and sent to the Clan's reserve with a full cool-down.
Chips must have already been confirmed to be on that province by espionage or attack.
Annihilation - HQ is removed and sent to the reserve, with a 24 hour cool-down.
HQ must be confirmed on that province by espionage before use.
Counterspy Termination - Counter-espionage on the specified province is terminated.
The existence of a counter-spy must be confirmed on the specified province by espionage. .
Questions and Answers
                     If chips or HQ are moved in/out of a province that Rail War was used on during the same turn, will the chips or HQ still be moved?
Yes, chip movements will be processed before Subversions.

I have a province that had a Rail War placed on it, which made it lose communication with my HQ. Will other provinces that are only connected to my HQ by this province also lose communication with HQ?
Yes, the Rail War completely cuts off communication, including to provinces beyond it if they are not connected by another route.

I tried Provocation on a province, but it failed. Can I try it again on that province?
Yes, you can try any of the Subversion tactics on the same province again, however the chance of success each time a Subversion tactic is tried on a particular province decreases with each failed attempt.

Can I try two different subversions on the same province on the same turn?
No, only one Subversion may be used per turn.

Can I use multiple subversions on the same turn if applied to different provinces?

Can multiple clans throw subversions at a common enemy, have them succeed, and lock down all enemy chip movements?
Yes, however only one Subversion can be successful per province, and the chance of success decreases with each failure.

Even if you increase the cool down what is to stop multiple groups from perma destroying the hq?
A Clan is able to greatly reduce the Subversion's chance of success by defeating enemy spies and also keeping a province's chance of revolt low.

With a maximum of 5 players per battle, a team (maximum 8 players per team) must field a selection of tanks based on the below, maximum tier limits. 5 vs 5

The above roster has only one nation and no more than two of any specific tank. Victory Conditions

The winner of each round will be determined as the first to 3 victories on a given map.
Each battle will last 10 minutes.
The Standard battle mode will be used for this tournament.
Schedule

Note that only 64 teams will be allowed to participate. Teams will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, see Registration for details.
The full schedule will be provided at the close of registration, once the final team count has been determined. Rounds will begin at 19:30 PDT (22:30 EST, 02:30 UTC the following day) each scheduled day. Curious what time this is in your region? Use this handy Time Zone Converter to help you out! My TC this week will remain on NA West.  We do run many other events on NA East,  the Clan Wars Spotlight TC,  Clan Wars,  and Esports are all on NA East.
