dance210: All active tournaments can be found by searching the Tournaments Home Page. Interested in what we having coming up? Check out the eSports calendar!  A player has two ways to register for the Platournaments! When you create the team, make sure that you are using the correct registration!Register as a Team! Registration works the same as normal. Team captain makes a team and recruits players to join. A complete team has 3 - 4 players. Captains do not need to submit their team; all teams with the minimum number of players will be accepted. The team is now ready to fight once the tournament starts! Register as a Solo player or as part of a Party! A party is a group of players that does not meet the minimum team size requirements. Create a team. Teams do not need to be confirmed; all players will be accepted for the Solo/Party Registration. Once registration has closed, the player will be combined with other solo player(s) and/or a party to form a complete team After registration has closed, players are encouraged to check back to find their new team!  So how do you register as a solo player? It's easy! When you create a team, there will be Registration Option with a drop down menu. Simply switch from Register Team to Register Solo and you are ready to go!

GhostPrime: There seems to be a common misconception that just because a mini game is developed, that all work on the other aspects of the game halts. This is not the case. We have a new map being added, the Paris map, you can play it in the Common Test client currently. The development cycle continues, and as we move forward the game will too.     I am moving this thread to the correct section.

Ground combat is far more difficult to automate than air.

The automated TK system doesn't care about your feelings, if you damage teammates, even bad ones who probably deserve it, it will come for you.     If you report players who abuse physics to mess with teammates, I will come for them.

CabbageMechanic: Yes, we do.  No, we can't tell you what happened to the player you reported.  I have personally handed out several thousand bans this year for Unsportsmanlike Conduct/Physics Abuse etc.  Everything from barrel-in-barrel exploiting SPGs to banning a whole platoon of O-I's for boxing teammates to mess with them.  If you see it, and you submit a replay, we will investigate, and we will take the appropriate action.

The new policy is a lot less forgiving, and repeat violators will quickly be facing extensive ban time.  You can find more information here 

So please.  Keep reporting.  The quicker violators rack up strikes the quicker they will correct their behavior or be banned from the battlefield.

veganzombiez: The rules state:   "New Victory Point Awarding System Winning Clans get Victory Points and Gold for completing Clan tasks. Clans will also be able to earn emblems, insignia and unique camouflage."   This means that winning Clans only get Victory Points and Gold for completing Clan tasks. Victory Points are not awarded for battles.

The_Chieftain: The M48A5 manual is going to be a bit hard to come across, and if that particular one came with a manual, that book is sitting in an unmarked box in California. However, an M60/M60A1 manual ought to be close enough to keep the Magach running.

The_Chieftain: Don't really have any. I'm a great believer in redundancy and reliability, so I think self-contained propellant in the round itself is fine. Especially since I've seen so many hydraulic leaks on the tank, I don't want to imagine a propellant leak.

Loaders are not told this in training. It tends to come as quite a surprise when the commander aims his sidearm at him before telling him to take off his mask. The_Chieftain: I think it'll be a very long time before an unmanned tank can make a judgement call over whether or not a piece of ground is traversable, and even longer before an unmanned tank can hop out and hook up a tow cable to its wingman when the judgement call is wrong. The air environment is so much simpler than land, and we're not really going unmanned there either
