Es reiniciarlo para que todos puedan jugar al coste de que se pierda el progreso logrado hasta el momento por los que sí podían jugar o dejarlo como está y que se complete dejando vaya a saber uno cuántos jugadores en el camino. Ninguna de las dos soluciones es bonita porque siempre se perjudica a algún grupo, pero siempre es prefrerible que todos puedan jugarlo.   Respecto del torneo de ayer en puntual, haremos una extracción de datos y devolveremos lo invertido en el torneo previo al reinicio (para aquellos que sí pudieron jugarlo ). Jambijon: We understand that a bracket reset after battles have been played is extremely annoying.  I know, it sucks. However, I wanted to ensure that everyone had a chance to play on equal grounds rather than letting the rounds continue.  The reset may have helped or overall put you in a worse position you previously found yourself in, in terms of prizing.  We are going to do a deep dive on the currency/items/bonds spent on the first bracket to make sure we can get that back to you so its not lost in the ether and work on putting together some compensation for your time.   For those who participated in the Tankerdome tournament.  We are still digging through it and seeing what caused the automation to only pop battles for some teams, which ended up causing it to hang and yes, we will be compensating for that one as well.  We will have the Tankerdome compensation sent out on Monday, and 7v7 tournament will most likely happen on Wed/Thur depending on how long it will take us to pull all the participant's finance log.   We had a good streak going for a little bit and then bam...Back to back issues again.  Again, I apologize if this caused you any inconvenience and I'll update you ASAP.

I can confidently say I've learned tons about working in Community from you, and always appreciated you stopping by and chopping it up with us back in my CS days. At times, it could feel a bit like we were separated from the rest of the office due to our odd working hours and perpetual workload; I know it's small and silly, but just coming by and chatting with us about Tanks, bouncing video ideas off of us etc really went a long way towards making me feel valued as a friend and colleague.

MeatheadMilitia: Hey Wargamers, I want to keep this short, but knowing me, this will be the longest thing I’ve ever written.This is not the easiest thing for me to write either, but I wanted to address you all...or anyone who is willing to lend me their ears...actually, your eyes. Since this is text. As you may or may not know, the Wargaming Emeryville, CA office relocated to Austin, TX a few months back and I didn’t make the journey with them and have been working from home ever since. I have not been one to Kemp bush, so I will get right to it. An opportunity for me came up that I couldn’t turn down and after 5 years of being with Wargaming, I have decided to start a new adventure. It has been an amazing journey working at Wargaming for those 5 years. If not for you, the amazing community (Yes, even the folks who sent me hate mail and death threats), I would not have enjoyed being a part of this game and community during that time. I have enjoyed all my interactions with you in-game, on the forums, in Discord,  in TS, PMs, pigeon letters, and smoke signals. Thank you for allowing me to be myself and not cringe (too hard) at the awkward videos, stuttering, and in person conversations. I have met a lot of great people in this game, all from different walks of life, brought together by steel and explosions. Video Games are truly an amazing thing. Seriously, never forget that you’re playing a video game. If you’re on tilt or having a bad game/day, get off WoT, go outside (I hear there are 4K graphics out there), get a coffee, sleep?...maybe. To you Veterans – Do me a favor, instead of sending that angry and aggressive message to a player who did poorly, don’t. Teach them something. Send them a YouTube link on the tank or class they were playing, or just don’t say anything at all.  To you noobs – Do me a favor, Google is your best friend. Did you get a new tank, start a new tank class, or just new to the game? Do some research; there are plenty of guides and streamers out there with a wealth of knowledge. “How do I play WoT?” is such a complex question, and since this game is built around knowledge, spending time in a guide is just as important as spending time on the battlefield. With that being said, you’ll still see me lurking about, praising the M3 Lee as an amazing TD, so don’t hesitate to say hello by message or by HEAT. You're in great hands. Thank you again. GL HF

Felipe6666Original: Bien, más detalles sobre lo ocurrido (y las acciones que tomaremos):   Si bien el problema (retraso en el comienzo del torneo sumado a otros inconvenientes como derrotas técnicas) parece ser igual o similar a otros que hemos tenido en el pasado, lo que lo ocasionó fue algo completamente diferente a lo que lo que suele ocasionar este problema (el causante anterior ya está solucionado). Utilizamos una nueva herramienta para los torneos que hace que los procesos sean más eficientes de funcionar correctamente, que no fue el caso (evidenetemente). Haremos una compensación masiva para todos los jugadores confirmados para este torneo independientemente de que hayan o no ganado un premio. Además, no descartamos medidas adicionales (como repetir el torneo; esta eventual repetición no afectaría los premios entregados o por entregar ni las compensaciones planeadas).   ¡Saludos!
