service which might help him find out what exactly cost him this
issue. Mostly installed mods are the reason for it. If he has a
clean client, Support should help him to find the problem. Nothing
eSports can do with it.

not surprised your client collapsed. For that we recommend not to
use any modes. Nothing we can do for you here. If you want to be

with those. Also since there is a lot of teams, it takes more time
to set the Rounds and the teams are starting in approx 5 minutes
difference + 10 minutes invite so it´s about right. With each round
the process should be a bit faster.

appoligise for the problems, and try Again NeXT Wensday!Karlie: Hi, for your information, there are 2 maps to be played -
Mines and Himmelsdorf. Mines were starting Round 1 - most of the
teams though got free round and started the tournament in Round 2.
The tournament was slightly postponed even though some teams
actually did start to play at 18:00. Due to technical issues was
Round 1 played in range 18:00 - 18:20. Since you are mentioning 50
minutes, I assume you belonged to the teams which got free first
Round and started to play in Round 2. This sheet might help you next time to avoid those
misunderstandings. You can also find it in the tournament page.
Also, we informed you that most of the teams will
start playing in Round 2 (which is completely normal to build the
tournament sheet - otherwise you would be missing opponent in
future rounds). Hope this info helps you in future.

who have everything set. But when we don´t all teams (matching the
requirements) are accepted before the tournament manually.

Wysch: Spousta lidí má pozvánky vypnuté, GreenKlid, vůbec bych se na randomu na nějaký
vytváření čet ve hře nespoléhal. Lepší je zkrátka si domluvit četu,
když už člověk není v klanu, určitě má aspoň nějakýho kamaráda, co
hraje taky, a dá se tak vydělat s ním.

looking for different options at the moment and having cups like
this one more often is a big possibility. Regarding the
prizes, they may seem "poor" but they're actually quite decent. The
goal here is not to give 20k to players and draw the best people on
the server to compete. The idea is to provide a casual
tournament to a wider audience while we want to aim to give out
rewards to more people, not to boost the 1st places with more gold.
