Soov:   As per this article: http://worldoftanks....nament-rewards/ we have introduced Playoffs where you can win much more gold - as everyone wanted higher prizes in tournaments.   However to make playoffs in the same day, we had to do some changes so you guys won;t play until midnight or longer.    We are monitoring current "new" tournaments and we will introduce changes if necessary.

Soov:   If you will go to tournament page and go to Tournament Details you will have information about tournament itself. In tab TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE: you will have information that top 2 teams from each group will go to playoffs.   Regarding time: yes we know there is issue with this.. we reported to devs that time is not visible anymore at the top of page. However time is always shown when brackets are created - bracets are created usually 1 hour after registration ends - and usually tournament starts 2 hours after registratoion is closed

Delhroh: Hola,   Con respecto a este tema que parece que está llamando mucho la atención, vuelvo a repetir lo mismo que he posteado en otro hilo de esta sección: el problema ya ha sido reportado y el departamento de soporte revisará las pruebas aportadas, y en caso de considerarlo oportuno habrá las correspondes sanciones. No me he involucrado, como comentáis, porque ya lo hizo mi compañero CurlyJohnny ayer. Él se ocupó del asunto mientras yo no estaba en la oficina porque estaba realizando un curso de formación (por eso he estado ausente dos días). No me veo en la necesidad de hablar con unos y con otros, de recopilar información sobre el vídeo y demás, porque, como digo, ya lo ha hecho mi compañero.   Mi compañero ya os explicó ayer que ya estaba todo en marcha. ¿Qué sentido tiene volver a hablar de lo mismo una y otra vez pensando que Wargaming no os oye cuando ya lo ha hecho en el primer momento? Que no responda los emails se debe siempre a diversos factores: estoy de vacaciones, estoy en un curso de formación, estoy enfermo, estoy ocupado y puedo tardar algo en responder. Si no respondo en más de un día es porque alguno de los factores anteriormente mencionados ha tenido lugar.   Como digo, este asunto ya está en trámite. Os sugiero que ahorréis energias y disfrutéis de World of Tanks y que consumáis dichas energias en el juego. Y si hay otro problema similar os ruego que os pongáis directamente en contacto con soporte para que ellos medien directamente con el problema en lugar de hacer escarnio público de tal o cual persona en el foro (algo desde mi punto de vista innecesario y que lo único que genera es malestar y un ambiente tóxico en nuestra querida comunidad). Entiendo que todos queremos un juego limpio y haremos lo que este posible en nuestra mano para seguir garantizándolo.   DelhRoh

Delhroh:   Saludos y muy buenas,   Las tengo, y muy claras. Como ya sabrás es el departamento de soporte quien impone las sanciones IN-GAME Y NO EL EQUIPO DE COMUNIDAD. Lo único que hacemos es reportar, y cuando se reporta es el equipo de soporte quien toma las medidas oportunas contra unos y otros. En ambos casos, las acciones que comentan ya han sido reportadas, por lo que si hay sanciones, será por decisión del equipo de soporte y no por parte del Community Manager, cuyo trabajo termina en el momento que ha reportado una actividad sospechosa o que podría ser motivo de sanción.   Lo digo lo de "Podría" porque, repito NO soy yo quien decide a quien sancionar de acuerdo el caso, ni la circunstancia. Obviamente lo que si se puede hacer es dar mi opinión al respecto, en cuyo caso doy mi feedback y el que haya recogido por parte de la Comunidad para cada acción. Como este asunto ya fue tramitado por mi compañero CurlyJohnny ayer no veo la necesidad de volver a incidir en lo mismo. Me podéis enviar todos los mails que queráis, pero el trabajo de Comunidad ya ha terminado: ya se ha remitido a soporte el asunto en cuestión y ya les hemos indicado todo lo que deben saber para proceder. Obviamente, y como siempre hacemos lo que no vamos a indicar es si ha habido sanciones o si las habrá a los jugadores/clanes invoculcrados. Lo que sí puedo garantizar es que si los jugadores/clanes deben ser sancionados porque han roto alguna norma de Wargaming y del "fair play", juego limpio, se tomarán las medidas oportunas.    Por lo tanto, no le veo sentido alguno a que continuéis con este tema cuando la maquinaria del departamento de soporte ya se ha puesto en marcha. La respuesta ya sabéis que se puede demorar 24 a 72 horas,  como es la norma habitual, pero si tiene que haber sanciones, las habrá.   Un cordial saludo,   DelhRoh

Delhroh:   Desafortunadamente no es así.   Tal y como ya comenté en mi mensaje anterior, del 16 de octubre del año anterior, las misiones que te entreguen un vehículo premium en tu cuenta que ya poseas será compensado con créditos. Lamento las molestias que esto pueda producirte, pero como digo, es un cambio de política respecto a las compensaciones que ya se explicó hace casi un año.   DelhRoh

Cynd3r: Hello everybody!     Today we micropatched WoT PC to introduce the Mark I event, however we also introduced a bug regarding premium ammo.   How to reproduce: Login Check tank maintenance. Set the refill of premium shells to credits (more than 1 shell).   Actual result: When you accept changes, it closes but doesn’t actually add ammo on the tank unless you have some in depot.   Expected result: Ammo are refilled automatically with credits or gold depending on the choice.   This bug will be hotfixed today at 11 CEST on EU2 and 11h30 CEST on EU1.   Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Sehales: Hallo Kommandanten, wie einige von euch vielleicht schon gemerkt haben, ist es aktuell nicht möglich Premium-Munition nachzukaufen oder die Menge der geladenen Premium-Munition zu verändern.Dieses Problem ist bekannt und wird durch einen Hotfix um 11:00 Uhr MESZ auf EU2 und 11:30 Uhr MESZ auf EU1 behoben. Bitte entschuldigt die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und noch viel Spaß mit World of Tanks und vor allem dem Mark I.
