Gepard_PH:   I can't speak for my colleagues in the CIS region, so if you want to know the reasons why premium shop offers are like that over there you need to ask in the forums of RU server.   I can however explain Strv offers in EU   Standard - this is the basic package that contains the tank and a garage slot. If you're happy with just that, it's the right choice for you. You get exactly what you are paying for. Fair and square. Ultimate - on top of the tank and slot, you get some gold and personal reserves to speed up your progress. As a bonus you get access to special x5 XP missions and little extra gold – this part comes for free, so in fact you are getting more bang for your buck. It is a good choice if you planned to get little gold soon anyway. Supreme - the most juicy bundle with considerable amount of gold, trained crew, equipment and consumables. Basically everything you need to roll out in your new tank right away. As a bonus you get some emblems and even more missions than in the Ultimate package. Not to mention this offer is nicely discounted by over 20%.   We come up with 3 different packages for each new tank to meet expectations of different players. Not everyone needs all the stuff that is included in the Ultimate or Supreme bundle, so we give you opportunity to get the Standard package. On the other hand, there are players who were planning to get some or even all the extras anyway and highly appreciate a package that has that, but is 20% cheaper.   Just get what fits you best. If you don't like any of the offer, let us know what would you like. We do listen to your opinions. Some time ago many of you said "I would buy the tank if it was unbundled." So we did that. Now you can get new premiums with just a slot.

Cynd3r: Let me shed some light on this decision.   The purpose of of battle chat is supposed to be about coordinating your actions with allies and communicating for better teamwork, as good teamwork is essential in gaining the upper hand in a battle.   At the same time, after years of observation and feedback, we've found that cross-battle chat provides no benefit and is instead used for insults, provocations, and other inappropriate behavior. Instead of aiding good gameplay (which, I reiterate, is the number one reason FOR battle chat), it ends up hindering it by being used to disclose placement of allies and distracting others from the game.  This is also why we didn't choose to make cross-team chat optional--even if an individual can choose not to read the exchanges, it's not going to stop a teammate from disclosing an ally position to the enemy team--it's just that they'll be unaware of it.    When observing the reasoning of people trying to argue the benefits of cross team battle chat, we've mostly been seeing responses that more or less boil down to this: "the whole point in this game is to DESTROY ur enemy physically (tanks+skills) and spiritually (strategy + troll).." (this is from an actual post).   For those of you arguing that all this does is displace the toxicity rather than get rid of it: This actually does get rid of a large portion of toxicity. To mitigate the possibility of people being toxic within team chat, we've added the ability to mute them. Also when hovering over a nickname, you will be able to send a complaint about a player, add them to a blacklist.   You can also enable the option of receiving private messages only from friends or disable private messages at all.   Hope this clears up the logic behind this decision. Obviously it can't make everyone happy, but it's become apparent that this move will improve players' gameplay experience in general.

Sehales: Das hat technische Gründe. Das System weiß nicht, dass du den Panzer vor 4 Jahren verkauft hast (wobei das eh schon zu lange her wäre) und es funktioniert erst jetzt ab dem Update. Für zukünftige Fehlentscheidungen dieser Art ist zumindest gut vorgesorgt.

Karlie:   The eSports team is mostly not working during the weekends but we are working on possibilities to have those cups over weekends in the future. You can though join tournaments created by our partners as ESL, FaceIt, Grunex... You will be able to find weekend tournaments for sure.

Karlie:   Guys, I understand this situation is not perfect but please, don´t push it. You played only part of the Group stage so for that you will be rewarded accordingly exactly as you would anyway. Playoffs were canceled and even though I understand that some of you are really good players with high chances for the win, it´s not like those tournaments are happening once per month and one Playoff is a disaster. There was no time/gold/credits in Playoff "invested" and I honestly hope, you are playing as well for fun which you hopefully had (at least before the issues appeared).   I know that tournament that is not going smoothly is definitely not much fun - mainly due to not knowing what is happening but I am pretty sure we all can work around it. Tomorrow is a new day, with new tournaments (and hopefully not new issues ).

Playoff is canceled. 7/68 - 3 rounds were played. We will adjust it according to that as well. Playoff is canceled.   There is no way the battles could be finished today since it´s too late. Moving the tournament to another day would be unfair since it´s affecting all players (not only Playoff players as when we are moving Playoff) We will work with the results that we have and with the matches that were played.   I will give you detailed info on reward split tomorrow.   Once again. I am really sorry this tournament didn´t go as expected and I hope you will still have a wonderful evening despite this issue.

The plan is, call it off for today, find out what was happening, see what I can do about the games that were already played and give you some statement tomorrow. And yes, I am aware that you will be mostly interested in reward topic, no worries, I am keeping that in mind.   I can for sure tell you that the games won´t be replayed. We will be working with what we got. This cup is happening regularly so there is no need to have it played different day (besides it would be unfair to those who simply can´t play - this option is only for Playoff games when its not affecting that many people)

Tanatoy: Bonjour,   Au vu des différents messages, il semble effectivement que la version via Mac Wrapper de la 9.16 pour Mac n'était pas encore prête (ce qui en général ne prends que très peu de temps) car pour rappel, World of Tanks n'est pas officiellement supporté sur Mac. Depuis quelques minutes, c'est désormais le cas.

Tanatoy: Bonjour,   A la base le système est là pour récupérer un char ou un équipage vendu par erreur. Et ma foi, je pense que vous admettrez que lorsqu'on fait une erreur comme vendre un char on s'en rends compte rapidement. C'est donc pour cela que le système est maintenant mise en place, ce qui vous permet d'éviter d'envoyer un ticket et de pouvoir même en récupérer plusieurs, si jamais malheureusement vous vous faites des erreurs fréquentes de ce genre.

Tanatoy: @Kruken, là, tu vas vraiment réussir à faire fermer ce sujet avec ta dernière image, comme tu le disais quelques posts plus tôt, ce serait bête.
