Karlie:   No need to post multiple times. Just follow the advice in rules:   Rewards: In-game gold and other rewards are usually sent within a week (maximum two) after the tournament’s completion. If your team is missing gold or any other rewards after two weeks, you may report it on the forum by posting in the section of the specific tournament. All rewards are per player, unless otherwise specified. If 2 or more teams are having same amount of points, their ranking will be based on head-to-head ratio. Some tournaments don’t have a playoff stage after the round robin. In such cases, the reward is given based on the points accumulated. Please follow this thread for information and updates about rewards.

Karlie:   Yes, it´s correct. December is really busy period and the game is offering lots of things - you will get to know all activities during December. For that we had to make some adjustments to the tournaments. And last but not least - there is Champions Rumble in December.

Cynd3r:   The Community team (as in me, Ph3lan, MrConway, and Kandly) are always reading and reporting what goes on in here, so we actually do care about your posts here and we actually do listen.   WG is a big company, and decisions take a long time. Also, community feedback is only one aspect of what drives decisions. I think you'd be surprised by how much devs are actually aware of (which is a lot), but what is on the global company's priority list is not always in line with what the community thinks it should be.   Thanks Expletives (what a wonderful screen name) for your post and feedback. I will add it and others' opinions on it to the "suggestions" part of the feedback, so rest assured at the very least that your voice will be heard.

Sehales: Der Panzer wird dem Mod einfach nicht bekannt sein. Einfach mal updaten (oder auf ein Update warten) Der Mod sieht wohl "Stufe VIII, ok ist VIII - X" - geht also einfach vom Standard aus.  

Sehales: Du siehst das reduzierte Angebot, da du die reguläre IS-6 bereits auf deinem Account hast.

Sehales: Die IS-6 B hat die gleichen Eigenschaften wie die reguläre IS-6, auch das gleiche MM. Du musst "schwarz fahren", hast allerdings den Tarnungsbonus automatisch dabei. Aktuell wird ein falscher Tarnungs-Wert im Client angezeigt, bei den "Black-Tanks", das wird in einem zukünftigen Update korrigiert. Berechnet wird es bereits korrekt (also wie, als wenn man einen IS-6/T34 samt Tarnung hätte)

Sehales:   Sofern du vom IS-6 B redest und nicht vom T34 B, so dürfte das ein Fehler sein. Hast du einen Screenshot von einem Gefecht, in welchem du im IS-6B mit/gegen Stufe X Panzer antreten musstest? Sende dazu dann bitte ein Ticket an den Kundendienst.

CurlyJohnny: Todos los días añadiremos una frase nueva que irá completando el cuento. Cada frase estará ligada al vehículo que esté en descuento en el Calendario de Adviento durante ese día. Al final, veremos si sólo es un cuento o si hay algo más.    ¡Saludos! 

CurlyJohnny:   La personalización especial de esta serie Back in Black está atada al vehículo y por ese motivo no podemos vender las skins de forma separada. Sin embargo, estamos pensando en incluir esa opción en el futuro.

Tanatoy: Bonjour,   Pour rappel : - En cas de TK/dommage par les alliées, vous n'avez rien à faire, même pas à utiliser un report le système étant automatique. - En cas de quelqu'un qui vous pousse/bloque : Il vous faut utiliser le report "Conduite antisportive", et franchement, ne faites rien, ce genre de "joueurs" toxiques seraient simplement trop content d'avoir une réaction de votre part.   Maintenant, petit rappel sur le forum ^^ : - Nous un replay posté comme ça sur le forum, on ne peut rien en faire. C'est au support qu'il faut l'envoyer. - Que vous soyez énervé, je peux tout à fait le comprendre, mais merci de ne pas utiliser de vulgarité. On peut très bien réussir à faire passer son sentiment sans cela, la langue française étant bien riche en différent qualificatifs.   Sujet fermé,  

Karlie: I will make a recap:   This tournament had lots of issues. First it was planned for 19:00 even though on page it was shown as 17:00. The tournament started at 19:00 (for some with 2 hours delay). Then we had issues when many invites were sent but not all of them were correct (for those who picked the correct invites which was surprisingly most of the people we kept running the tournament). Around 20:15 the system had a temporary problem which caused that each tier lost results from at least 1 round. That means that lots of people that would normally make it to Playoff point wise didn´t as not all of the battles were counted. We set the Playoff anyway with the results we had as stopping it would harm everyone even more.   I am very sorry that this tournament wasn´t fun for a lot of you and I hope that perhaps you at least enjoyed gaining more experience against the opponents. There will be small compensation given to everyone who confirmed his/her team for today´s tournament (all tiers) and went with us through all the issues. I will announce the compensation tomorrow (it will be most likely some booster but I will aim to get you some really nice one that will help you in your game progress in randoms).   Once again I apologize for the issues we had today. Even though it might look like we are often having issues, please keep in mind that there is tournament nearly every day so there is lots of nice tournaments that you can enjoy. Obviously those that are having issues are those hard to forget.   And last but not least - thank you for the support from your side!

Karlie:   I checked for team AK-47 and he was in Playoff but lost first Round.

Karlie:   1st thing, I can´t manually change the results so If the system is not showing, I dont have the option do it for him. Second even if there would be such option, imagine If I would have to go manually through lets say 1000 matches = 1000 replays with changing 1000 matches results - you would probably not get to play the Playoff this year....

Karlie: Tier 8 is having the exact same issue in Round 6. It seems like all those issues happened in same time (perhaps some temporary bug) and those rounds don´t have results shown in the system. Again I am setting Playoff from the results I see.

Karlie:   Normally in Playoff the last two Rounds are played in Bo3 (on 2 wins). But since the tournament has so many issues like not counting all the rounds and so on, I dont see point of that and I left it as Bo1 (on 1 win) - that is what you as well play in Group stage.

Karlie:   I am really sorry about that. But I honestly have no other option than working with what I see as I also don´t see the results of those matches.

Karlie:   not sure but perhaps you played the group stage that had all mixed up tiers? That was the original issue of this tournament as we had two group stages for same tier - one was wrong but we couldnt erase it on time so you received invites for both - one that was canceled and one that continued running.

Karlie: So since this tournament is having so many issues I am just setting it the way I can - the results from 9th match are missing, Playoff for Tier 4 was set starting 20:35 and there is only Bo1 for Semifinals and Finals instead of usual Bo3 as there is no point to do that after so many issues.   Everyone will get the prize you reached within the tournament as it run. Plus everyone who confirmed their team for this tournament (all tiers) will get small reward (I will check what exactly tomorrow). Seems like tier 6 has similar issue but with match from 8 round not counted in - 9th I see.

Karlie: So what I will do is that I will set the Playoff based on the results I have - in the system I see results from 8 matches so all of those should count for Playoff (even though they are not visible on web). 9th seemed to be not sent. I know it´s not fair but its the best I can do now.   edit: OK, got it The system is not showing the results from the 9th battle.
