Falathi: Gdyby to tylko było takie proste, ale nie jest. Wszelkie problemy z działaniem serwerów są niekorzystne zarówno dla graczy, jak i dla WG.
Przecież problemy z serwerami oznaczają problemy z poprawnym działaniem usługi, a to uderza także w nas i nie mamy w tym absolutnie żadnej korzyści - bo niby jak i gdzie? To tak jak z problemami po 9.20.1 - dla firmy takie problemy oznaczają straty, więc jesteśmy żywotnie zainteresowani ich jak najszybszym rozwiązaniem. To, że nie zawsze da się je szybko rozwiązać to niestety insza inszość.

dies_ari: Wie _DasMussWehTun_ schon sagte, waren die Bedingungen vor der Umstellungen genauso, nur bekommst du jetzt Befehle, wenn du alle Missionen ausgezeichnet bestehst, mit denen du dann andere Missionen überspringen kannst. Wenn du bspw. keine Arty fahren willst, dann musst du eben alle anderen Missionen ausgezeichnet abschließen. Mit den Befehlen kannst du dir die Missionen aber etwas erleichtern

YabbaCoe: Znamená to samozřejmě, že danou odměnu získáš, až když otevřeš sarkofág. Ta věta je tam zmíněna z důvodu, aby se předešlo stížnostem, kdy by hráči psali, že nic nedostali, i když splnili misi. Nicméně pokud sarkofág stále vidíš v garáži, je stále možné jej otevřít. Doporučuji otevírat sarkofágy prakticky hned, co se v garáži objeví. Čas, kdy sarkofág otevřeš nijak neovlivňuje možnost získání lepší odměny. Lepší odměny získáš otevřením sarkofágu vyšší úrovně. Další věc, stejně tak z preventivních důvodů doporučuji sarkofágy nehromadit. Nemám to vyzkoušené a bohužel se nemůžu teď o víkendu zeptat odpovědnějších osob, ale lepší si to otevřít hned a získat odměny, než aby se třeba stalo, že bude stávající sarkofág nahrazen nově získaným. Ber to jen jako doporučení.

Falathi: Cześć wszystkim, nie jest tajemnicą, że wprowadzeniu aktualizacji 9.20.1 towarzyszyło kilka błędów i niestety część z nich wciąż jest obecna. Poniżej krótka lista błędów o których wiemy i nad których rozwiązaniem pracujemy: 1. Kolejka PVE w trybie Halloween - niekiedy czas oczekiwania w kolejce jest wyjątkowo długi, mimo sporej puli graczy. 2. Misje osobiste - musieliśmy je chwilowo wyłączyć z uwagi na dość uporczywe bugi. Misje zostaną włączone ponownie, gdy tylko rozwiążemy trapiące je problemy. 3. Mapa globalna - wprowadzenie trybu Halloween i jego duża popularność nieoczekiwanie powodują problemy z serwerami. Jest to spowodowane większą niż zwykle ilością bitew ( w trybie PVE potrzeba siedmiu graczy, a nie trzydziestu ). Z tego względu pojawiła się konieczność zamrożenia Mapy Globalnej na czas weekendu, jako tymczasowe rozwiązanie. W imieniu własnym i załogi bardzo przepraszam za wszystkie problemy i dziękuję za zrozumienie.

Ivana_Drago: Co se týče rychlosti opravy, tak zatím bohužel nevíme, kdy bude problém opraven. Poslední informace, která se k nám dostala v souvislosti s opravou a opětovným spuštěním je taková, že mise určitě nebudou znovu spuštěny během víkendu. Doufám, že se situaci podaří vyřešit co nejdříve. Budeme vás informovat. Co se týče kompenzace, tak k tomu zatím nic říci nemůžeme.

Ci dispiace annunciare che, a causa di problemi tecnici dovuti all'inaspettata estrema abbondanza di giocatori in coda per l'evento di Halloween, le code per giocare saranno molto lunghe e le Offensive e i Giochi di Guerra rimarranno disabilitati durante il weekend per evitare di sovraccaricare il server.Le campagne sono invece ancora disabilitate a causa di un bug e non torneranno attive finché non verrà risolto. Ci dispiace per l'inconveniente!

Ivana_Drago: Tankisté, v posledních dnech se ve hře bohužel potýkáme s technickými problémy, které přinesl jeden z poslední patchů. Halloweenský mód PVE - čekání na bitvu: navzdory vysokému počtu hráčů ve frontě je čekací doba na bitvu příliš dlouhá Osobní mise: kvůli technickým problémům byly dočasně deaktivovány osobní mise; jakmile bude problém vyřešen (na řešení vývojáři pracují ), budou opět zprovozněny Globální mapa: kvůli velkému zájmu hráčů o halloweenský mód se bohužel potýkáme s problémy na serverech; vzhledem k tomu, že každá hra je určená jen pro 7 hráčů, musí server zajistit chod několika PvE protivníků; nadměrný počet bitev je bohužel příčinou těchto problémů v důsledku těchto potíží jsme byli nuceni dočasně zmrazit globální mapu, Ofenzívy a Válečné hry Za veškeré problémy se vám omlouváme a děkujeme vám za trpělivost. Budeme vás informovat o vývoji situace, jakmile se k nám dostanou další potřebné informace.

Kişisel Görevler:Beklenmeyen bir bugdan dolayı kişisel görevler geçici olarak etkisiz hale getirildi. Global Harita:Cadılar Bayramı'na yoğun ilgiden dolayı sunucularımızda beklenmeyen kısıtlamalar portaya çıktı. Savaşlara sadece 7 oyuncu girebiliyor olması normalden daha fazla savaşın aynı anda sunucu üzerinde oynanmasına ve bu da sunucuların performansında sıkıntılara sebep oldu. Bu yüzden bu haftasonu geçici olarak Global Haritayı ve Wargames'i etkisiz hale getiriyoruz. Oluşan bu durumdan dolayı üzgünüz. Elimize yeni haberlerin ulaşmasıyla sizleri bilgilendireceğiz. Sehales: Hallo Kommandanten, aktuell gibt es leider einige technische Probleme, die seit der Veröffentlichung des neuesten Patchs auftreten.Halloween PvE Warteschlange:Obwohl sich genügend Spieler in der Warteschlange befinden, ist die Wartezeit sehr hoch. Persönliche Missionen(Kampagne):Aufgrund eines nicht vorhersehbaren Fehlers wurden diese verrübergehend deaktiviert. Weltkarte:Aufgrund der großen Interesse am Halloween Modus kommen unsere Server an unerwartete Limits. Da jedes Gefecht nur 7 Spieler beinhaltet und der Server mehrere PvE Gegner simulieren muss, ist die Anzahl der Gefechte, die gleichzeitig stattfinden, höher als normal, was diese Probleme verursacht. Leider führt dies dazu, dass die Weltkare vorrübergehend für dieses Wochenende eingefroren werden muss. Davon sind auch die Vorstöße und Kriegsspiele betroffen. Clan-Chat auf EU1:Der Clan-Chat funktioniert aktuell nur auf EU2. Eine Lösung ist ebenfalls in Arbeit. Sobald wir mehr Informationen für euch haben, werden wir sie mit euch teilen. Bitte entschuldigt die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Desafortunadamente estamos experimentando unos errores técnicos después del lanzamiento del último parche: - Modo Halloween, lista de espera modo PvE:Debido al gran número de jugadores en espera, los tiempos de espera están siendo largos. - Misiones personales:Debido a un bug no previsto, las misiones personales han sido desactivadas hasta que el problema sea solucionado. - Mapa global:Debido al gran interés del modo de Halloween estamos subriendo errores en nuestros servidores. Debido a que cada juego solamente admite 7 jugadores y el servidor tiene que ocuparse de multiples partidas PvE esto hace que se juegen muchas partidas al mismo tiempo que de forma normal, y es lo que está causando este problema. Debido a ello esto significa que temporalmente las actividades en el mapa global estarán congeladas este fin de semana, y también no estarán disponibles los avances y juegos de guerra. Os mantendremos informado cuando tengamos más información. Disculpamos las molestias que esto os pueda ocasionar y os damos las gracias por vuestra paciencia y comprensión.

Sehales: Du kannst das Bild auf http://imgur.com hochladen, wenn es zu groß für das Forum ist und dahin verlinken. Was die Teamschäden angeht, so sind diese NUR im PvE inaktiv. im PvP sind sie (auch im Halloween-Modus) aktiv. Was die Warteschlange angeht, so hat Conway im EN Forum eben ein Statement veröffentlicht. MrConway: Commanders, Unfortunately we are currently experiencing some technical issues that arose with the deployment of the latest patch. Halloween Mode PVE Queue:Despite having large numbers of players in the queue, queue times are very long. Personal Missions:Due to an unforeseen bug, personal missions have been temporarily disabled until it can be fixed. Global Map:Due to the high interest in the Halloween mode we are running into unexpected bottlenecks in terms of our servers. As each game only takes 7 players and the server has to run multiple PVE opponents, a higher-than-usual number of battles has to be run which is causing these problems. Unfortunately this means we have had to temporarily freeze Global Map activities for this weekend, as well as disable Advances and Wargames. We will keep you updated as we receive more information. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience.

Delhroh: Para manteneros enfocados en el modo de juego, se ha desactivado que el entrenar a las tripulaciones con experiencia libre. El entrenarlos es un gesto vacio, dado que regresarán al inframundo el 9 de noviembre.
