After that check with your local consumer protection dept to know your rights and THEN pursue them, making sure to know the policies of the company you're dealing with.

iScending: This topic has come up many many times and there was a thread about it not more than a day ago so there really is no need to create a duplicate thread.   I've said it before and I'll say it again:
The MM is not broken and working as intended (this according to SerB).   Going here and complaining about it will not change anything I'm afraid, the only thing you can do is post your feedback and ideas on the Suggestions forum so it can be forwarded to the devs. This said though, it should be added that we actively monitor all aspects of the game including the MM system, and if at one point something needs to be addressed it will be.   Topic locked since it's a duplicate.

Ectar: To clarify any speculations about this. In the situation of a charge back, what happens is essentially fraud.  You cannot keep goods when they have not been paid for.  You cannot also simply return the goods which haven't been paid for and say "I don't want it anymore". Purchasing goods is not a "try before you buy" system.  What Wargaming as a company has done is no different to any online company who has a similar purchase system for goods.  If we didn't do this, our company and any other company would incur massive losses every year due to fraudulent payments made on stolen creditcards and dishonest people screwing the system with charge backs and no repercussion for those actions.   If you're angry at us for freezing your account, please direct that anger to the "friend" who did this to you. They are the one who said they paid for your gift, they are the one who got you in this situation.   There is far to many "They do this" style replies in this thread from people who clearly have no experience with on-line billing nor have they ever worked in a customer support department that deals with financial transactions. I would advise those people to be very careful with what you say as some people really have no idea what they're talking about.

China und Japan sind vorerst nicht dabei, da diese Nationen noch nicht alle Panzer Typen vorweisen kann

Spiel Performance wurde auf folgenden Karten verbessert : "Fisherman´s Bay", "Serene Coast", "Severogorsk" und "Ensk" Die Exzessive Helligkeit die durch einige Effekten entstanden sind, wurden auf verschiedenen Karten behoben. "Port" Karte wurde vollständig entfernt Folgende Karten wurden vom Gamplay her angepasst : Erlenberg, Redshire, Highway, North-West
