iScending: Forcing players to complete certain actions before being allowed to
use a specific Tier would probably not be a good idea. Not only are
you then assuming that completing task X = skill but you are also
assuming that players would be happy to do so if they wanted to
progress. For a Free to Play game this would
actually be bad business, and I can imagine the rage if this was
implemented with an added "Buy your way past the Tier test for X
gold" option :p.

iScending: This happens to me on semi regular basis though often players
notice the [WG] tag and retract the comments.... Anyhow, as
for instances likes this, feel free to right click the player and
report him for insulting you :). And, if you feel the chat is
getting out of hand, 8.11 will bring the option to turn it off :).

myself grinding free XP in that game and then spending it on World
of Tanks :p. This being said though I do suffer from extreme
