Ivana_Drago: Ahoj, díky za upozornění na problémy na serveru. Celá věc byla nahlášena a momentálně se analyzují příčiny aktuálního problému. Situace by se měla co nejdříve stabilizovat. 

Rhaya: Ce n'est pas aléatoire, ça c'est sur, il y a surement des conditions mais je ne les connais pas. Et le support client ne pourra pas non plus vous les donner.   Je sais que beaucoup d'entre vous, vont voir ça comme quelquechose d'injuste. Et je peux comprendre, "pouquoi lui et pas moi ?". Il n'y a pas de bonne réponse pour ça.      Rhaya

Rhaya: Bonjour,   Il ne s'agit pas d'un bug, ni de chance. Ces missions ne sont pas disponibles pour tout le monde, seulement certains joueurs.   Et malheureusement, si vous n'avez pas reçu l'une de ces missions, il n'y a rien qu'on puisse faire. Contactez le support client n'y changera rien, ils ne pourront pas vous les donner non plus.   Rhaya 

Berbo:   We manually accept all teams which have 3 or 4 players but who forgot to confirm. So if you have enough players you should be confirmed. Check in a few minutes as system is slowly updating   Cheers!

vuque: Öncelikle bir konuyu açıklığa kavuşturmak gerekiyor. Forumda bazı hesaplar gelip aleni olarak bizleri tehdit edip, süre verebileceklerini düşündü. İlk olarak söylemem gerekirse bu forum kurallarına aykırıdır. İlgili cezaları almaları ve mesajlarının kaldırılması gerekliydi ancak bir süre verilmişti ve sonrasında açıklamalar yapılacağı söylenmişti. Konu içerisinde 24 saat beklemenize gerek yok buyurun şimdi söyleyin dedim ancak ısrarla 24 saat dendi. Tamam dedik ve bizim söyleyeceklerimizi söylememize müsaade etmiyorlar demesinler diye almaları gereken cezaları erteledik. İstedik ki söylemek istediklerini rahatça söyleyebilsinler. Bu süreyi verirken gerçekten kural ihlali yapan kişilere dair ellerinde bir kanıt/delil olduğunu sanmıştım ve bu kanıtlar paylaşıldığında gerekli araştırmaların yapılması için hazırdım. Ancak ne yazık ki böyle bir şey olmadı, herhangi bir kanıt/delil veya makul sebep paylaşılmadı ve verilen 24 saat süre doldu. Üstüne hadi gecikme olabilir dedik bir kaç saat daha bekledik ancak tek gelen şey mesnetsiz bir şekilde ortaya atılan isimler oldu. Bu noktada ne yazık ki kanıt/delil içeren bir argüman sunabileceklerine olan inancımızı kaybettiğimizden almaları gereken cezayı daha fazla ertelemeye lüzum görmüyoruz. Diğer oyuncuların aldıkları cezaları umumi bir şekilde duyurmamaktayız ve bu prensibimizi yine ihlal etmeyi düşünmemekteyiz ancak bu durum şu anda tüm topluluğa mal olmuş bir durumda olduğundan bir açıklama yapılmasına ihtiyaç doğurmakta. WG Çalışanını tehdit etmenin forum kurallarındaki karşılığı süresiz olarak forumdan uzaklaştırılmaktır ve bu kural ihlalini gerçekleştiren hesaplar ve giriş yaptıkları öbür hesaplara yaptıkları kural ihlaline uygun olarak yaptırımlar uygulanmıştır.   Gelelim konunun büyümesine sebep olan "SideArmor" hesabının durumuna, daha önceki mesajlarımda belirttiğim gibi durumu Müşteri Hizmetleri departmanımıza iletmiştim ve durumu incelemekteydiler. Hesabın geri açılmasıyla ilgili olarak ise Müşteri Hizmetleri departmanımız gerekli açıklamaları/savunmaları/kanıtlamaları dinlemiştir ve incelemesini ona göre sonuçlandırmıştır. Eğer hesap geri açıldıysa bu aldıkları cevaptan tatmin oldukları ve hesabın kapalı kalmaması gerektiğine karar verdiklerini gösterir. Bu noktada ilgili konu Müşteri Hizmetlerimiz tarafından ele alınmıştır.   Bu noktadan sonra, forumlarda iddialarda bulunulmasına ve kişisel veya grup bazında bu tarz durumların tartışılmasına izin verilmeyecektir. Eğer bir hesap satışı şüpheniz söz konusu ise elinizdeki tüm kanıtlar ve/veya şüphelenmenize sebep olan nedenlerle beraber Müşteri Hizmetleri departmanımıza bilet oluşturarak durumu raporlamalısınız. Forum üzerinden hesap satımı/alımı gibi konuların ahlaki ve fikri boyutunu tartışabilirsiniz, genel olarak doğru/yanlış olup olmadığı konusundaki düşüncelerinizi paylaşabilirsiniz. Daha önce pek çok sefer bahsettiğimiz gibi, sizlerin düşüncelerinizi dile getirmenize kesinlikle karşı değiliz ve bu düşüncelerinizi paylaşmanızı istemekteyiz. Bu tarz konulardaki düşüncelerinizi paylaşmanız sizlerin hangi konulara önem verdiğinizi görmemizi sağlaması açısından ve ne düşündüğünüzü gözlemleyebilmemiz açısından değerlidir.   Saygılar,

Karlie: Simply, modes that are giving advantage over the other opponent are not allowed. Modes in garage or your damage panel are "ok" even though we don´t support any modes at all.

Karlie: The team is usually being confirmed after registration closes or 1 hours before tournament starts.

Karlie:   I guess you got me wrong. I never said that the extra player is a bad idea. I agreed that the way ESL has it is good and we will look into it - this will need some development in our tools since currently we simply don´t have that option. This option would work for both sides. But for now, we already gave the reason why we will not go back to the old system with those specific tournaments.

Tanatoy: Bonsoir à tous,   Au vu du nombre de mots censurés automatiquement, que l'op s'est auto-censuré par la suite. Je suis persuadé que le sujet (j'ai cru comprendre que l'on parlait de bot), bien qu'il puisse tout à fait être ouvert sur le forum n'a pas sa place ici vu les différents échanges. Donc je propose à l'op de s'il le souhaite en réouvrir s'il le faut dans quelques temps après que la pression soit descendue, ou de m'envoyer un pm. J'y répondrai dès que possible. Si c'est un rage-topic écrit sur le coup de l'émotion, ma foi, les rage-topic sont en général plus négatifs pour l'auteur qu'autre chose.    En attendant, bonne soirée messieurs (dames) !
