Actinid:   Pour le moment oui. J'ai déjà remonté vos retours comme quoi vous souhaiteriez que ce mode soit permanent. J’appuierai à nouveau là dessus.  

Actinid:   Pour les obus, cela n'est qu'une première étape, afin de rendre la transition plus aisée pour les joueurs et les développeurs. Les obus golds subiront en effet des modifications. Pour le moment je n'ai pas eu plus d'informations concernant le type de changements qui sera appliqué.  

Actinid:   Aucune idée. Pour le moment, comme je le disais rien n'a été mentionné à ce sujet. Par contre si tu veux développer :   Pourquoi tu penses que ce type de modifications serait une mauvaise idée ?    

Actinid:   Le sondage c'est moi !   Il y a beaucoup de sujets qui sont ouvert chaque jour, dans chaque communauté pour discuter des différentes mise à jour, contenus et autre.   De mon coté je récolte le tout, et fait part des vos réactions, de vos suggestions etc...   Après sur le forum de Wot, il y a des jeunes, des moins jeunes , des joueurs compétitifs, des joueurs pour le fun, il y a des joueurs non premium, des joueurs prémiums, des joueurs solo, des joueurs en clan, certains aiment le rang V d'autres ne jouent qu'en rang VIII, IX, X etc... Vous avez tous des avis différents et une vision du jeu différente.   OUI vous êtes écouté ! Cela ne veut pas dire pour autant que toutes les décisions correspondront à 100% à vos espérances.   Sur ce n'hésitez pas à continuer de partager vos avis constructifs.   Bon weekend à tous !

vuque: First of all, it is bad to see this kind of behavior in game and it is even more painful for me to see a fellow countryman ( I am from Turkey) is involved!   I just checked this case with my colleagues from customer service and I can tell you that, their reply was not wrong. Yes, they sent you a generic answer but that doesn't mean the case was not investigated. They need to use this kind of set replies in order to save time and help more players! Just to be double sure, we have investigated the case again and I can tell you that, appropriate action is taken.    If I need to be a bit critical here, from the screenshots provided and the chat logs we checked; I can tell you, there was no real life threat as you described. No need to worry, he couldn't know your address as long as you are not providing this information to him. On the other hand, there were insults involved and as I mentioned earlier, appropriate action is taken for that.   If I can give a piece of advice, in such cases do not escalate the issue & do not feed the troll. Report it via in game and/or via ticket system depending on the case.   PS: Creating this kind of naming & shaming topics are against the forum rules, this is why your post has been edited by a moderator.

Kandly:   Considering the fact that we would need to remove some people for not following the rules right after posting it, I don't see how much it would've helped.   We understand why you're upset and we're sorry for extending the date on this, but let's try to be a bit patient, because the announcement is only a weekend away and this way we'll make sure it's 100% final and ready.
