Ranked battles available on prime time only?

common test, this first season is a Beta Season, and is still
subject to additional testing. Part of that testing is setting
Ranked Battles live for a 3-hour window on NA East. This was chosen
due to server activity and to optimize queue times. The times are
subject to change and may be adjusted as needed. The mode is
being tested to provide the best possible play experience and we
will be gathering tons of feedback on the mode, including what
times work the best for everyone. Please let us know what your
preferred time would be and we will take your feedback into
account.
