Historicon, it is the weekend of July 12-16. As always we play
board games such as, but not limited to: Flames of War (East Coast
Nationals Tournament, and a Doubles Tournament), Fireball Forward,
various Naplolianic Wars, historical battles from the US Civil War,
Classic Battletech, and etc. Each year the convention hosts a large
dealers' hall and flea market, along with various seminars and
lectures. The convention also has an annual WWPD News from the
Front podcast and a paint & take for miniatures free of charge
called Hobby University. The area has a rich history in the US
Civil War with many preserved battlefields in the vicinity. To

like a lot of fun! Virginia has a lot of neat places - we've looked
the USS Wisconsin in Norfolk and the American Armored Foundation.
Do y'all know of any other interesting places in or around
Virginia?
