Yoott: It is the correct one, the support team is taking all
reports and forwarding them onward, all of them have been informed
to do so and are making one big report of the files each night.
Once that is done it is marked completed so they can move to the
next ticket and get their information. The report is logged and
again sent upwards in one big report. They don't have
anything to do with what happened in your matches or what will
happen to the results so there is no reason to keep the
tickets open once your information is collected. Those issues
go through our team at tournaments@wargamingamerica.com.
