What happened to the type 59 giveaway from Meathead and Paul?

The_Chieftain: I just wandered over to Paul's desk, and by coincidence, this particular subject was what was up on his monitor.   Suffice it to say, it would appear to be a long, convoluted assessment process, and he's working on it still. Probably next week.
