Russian server traditionally gets updated first, since Russian beta started long before international beta test. Moreover supertests necessary for rough testing of any new content are conducted with Russian testers mostly.
Since all the release features haven't been added yet, Russian version is not live in full sense of the word. It is needed to polish international one, that 's why it has gone "live" quite early.

you speak of adding the M4A3E8 Jumbo to the list, but isn't that pointless since the hull will most likely be less armored than the M4A3E8's and with the same 76mm M1A1 gun!??!?
I see U added the M4A5 to the mix as the RamII but as a premium tank
why not add the M4A6 in the regular tech tree instead of the Jumbo?
