The gun with 203 penetration that you are talking about is the 8.8cm L/71 gun, which is only mountable on the PzKpfw VI Tiger, PzKpfw V Panther, PzKpfw VIB Tiger II, VK4502(P) Ausf B tanks, Jagdpanther, and Ferdinand, all of which are Tier 7 and above.

Hence the question "?" behind the statement. had my tier numbers
shifted by one. I spent a long time in the Jadgpanzer IV I get
stuck thinking its tier 5. anyways the point of that was the gap on
the 203 pen vs the 175 for most of a tier 8 RU Heavy. Regardless I
guess I will leave it be since people are a bit to serious for me.
