Editted: Vic, check your Facts -every- heavy Tank from IS to Is-7 has a faster traverse (turret wise) than it's German Counterpart, Every Single One.

Also on the turret speed thing, the RU and GER tanks swap who has a faster turret though most of it. Germans have faster starting ones RU ones tend to have faster upgraded ones. Some of the instances the starting vs the upgraded the difference is minor when the RU one catches up.
One last thing as I will just avoid your posts since it seems to work ya up, Check out the armor pen on the IS-3, until you invest about 65k exp you only have 175 armor pen vs a Tiger 2, Its extremely hard to hurt a Tiger II with 175pen, also the aim time and accuracy on many RU guns is really nasty. Where as the 8.8cm which Ger can mount on Tier 6 TD's and Tier 5? mediums has 203 pen thats where the rough part for RU heavies get in some troubles
