The Spoon Theory

HBFT: I have to admit that it is pretty incredible to see all of you encouraging each other and sharing their own realities honestly.  I hope that this community can be a place of respite and relaxation for everyone where the cost in spoons is not too high (...or the return is worth the spoon)!
