unexplainable system errors will help in making the system better.
Case studies like that help us figure out where is the mistake. It
is not going to give you the time you invested today, I understand,
but I don't want you to think that noone here is working on the
problem.

Guys I really apologise on behalf of WG but
there is nothing else I can do right now. The tournament is stopped
and I will cancel the one starting at 18:00 to avoid wasting your
time. This issue, along with the one encountered last week,
will be decided upon soon and appropriate actions taken.
Unfortunately I can't give you further details on this right now.
