dies_ari: Yes, someone, somewhere, knows what the issue is. And you know what they are doing? Working on fixing the issue instead of trying to explain it to people like me ;) And I can definitely go public saying that I have zero clue about IT no matter what company I'm working in - I need to know the game, not how it is programmed :D

dies_ari: We do mention it on our customer service website. Unfortunately it's a little more tricky to post something on the portal, especially on short notice :)
